Holley, first, thank you for expressing and sharing your all-too-real feelings of anger because it's just as important and vital as all of the other emotions we experience as human beings. Second, I facilitated a community conversation with collaborators who are also really good friends. One of the questions that came up was, "What do people not know about you right away until they get to know you?" Funny enough, the person that asked is a Scorpio (hee hee), but we all answered and one of the participants said, "Oh, people don't know that I'm an angry person. Everyone thinks I'm fun and social, but this is a real feeling I experience." I appreciated her response, but also because, as you mention in your podcast, it can and ought to serve as a catalyst!

I have so much more to share and say, but I will just leave with you with immense gratitude. You do so so much for me, for community, and everyone that finds their way to you. Thank you for reminding me of my worth, my gifts and offerings to the world, and to honor myself constantly through rest, reflection, and contemplation. Sending you and Kholi lots of love. THANK YOU. I will continue basking in your shine.

Dorothy! Thank you for sharing this reflection and for the kind words ❤️. It's been revealing to witness how anger can be both loud and dormant and I'm grateful for the awareness to redirect it.
